EXCLUSIVITY
Due to the limited nature of our fabrics, most garments are only available for one production run. Once a shirt is sold out, it is typically sold out forever.
Feel free to email us at info@fearthecowboyusa.com to check restocking on particular shirts.
Collections are released on a rotating basis depending on inspiration and material availability.
All FTC clothing is cut and sewn in small runs in New York City.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. We will provide a tracking number once your order has shipped.
If your order includes pre-order items, the whole order will be shipped when those items are ready.
PAYMENT
Payments can be made securely through our website via credit card, debit card or PayPal.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FTC offers free shipping on all orders to US locations. They will be sent via USPS, two-day service. Please note that occasional delays may occur. FTC is not responsible for any delays outside of our control.
We provide tracking but not insurance. Please note: FTC is not liable for any goods lost in transit.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
FTC offers worldwide shipping.
International orders will be sent via DHL. Estimated delivery is 6+ business days, however, will vary from country to country. Please note that occasional delays may occur. FTC is not responsible for any delays outside of our control.

Customs duties and taxes vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the customer. Please research the applicable charges for your country. FTC cannot adjust the correct value of the parcel’s contents.
EXCHANGES / REFUNDS
FTC offers full refunds. They are issued less original shipping costs, $10 USD for American orders and $20 USD for international orders.
Returned items will only be accepted if they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers returning goods may use their preferred shipping arrangement, however, returns will not be accepted after 20 days from original date of delivery.
FTC does not reimburse customs duties for international orders
If you would like to send an item back to us, please fill out our Return Form within 4 days of receiving your order. Once you have completed the form, please send the items that you wish to return to:

Exchanges will be shipped free of charge from FTC Fulfillment. Please note, however, that the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the item/s back to us.
